What is Premium Search?
The subscribed user will be able to perform premium search by changing any of these variables. These are dates of import or export, Port of export or Port of import, ITC HS codes at 2 digit level / 4 digit level / 6 digit level / 8 digit level, description of import or export items. Data is provided in excel format for download. Previously ordered data will also be available in ieport.com for future download upto 25 such downloads. With Excel format, user can perform variety of operations for their use.
What is the period of data availability?
Data is available in ieport.com with effect from 14th August 2013 for both exports and imports of India. Data normally available at 2 day time lag from date of export or import. for example data related to date of 1st January is made available on 3rd January.
Whether ieport.com provides exporter / importer details in the shipment data?
Government of India, to protect the commercial secrets of exporters and importers, prohibited by law to publish exporter and importer details along with shipment data. We can even be prosecuted if we provide exporter or importer details. If any other service provider is supplying such data, other than government, they are doing illegal activity. No request for providing exporter or importer details will be entertained by ieport.com.
What is the cost of export import data?
The cost structure is as follows. The data related to one particular shipment is called one record. You need one credit to download one record. The price is about 6 to 10 paisa per record depending on the subscription plan. Bulk buyers may contact us for special quote.

How much time it will take to load credits once payment is made?

How long credits added will be remain for utilisation?
All credits added will remain valid for 1 year from the date of addition. Thereafter balance credits will lapse.
