Instruction for filing IEC Application Form

        Forms given at Appendix 2 and 3 can be downloaded from this site

1. Applicants are advised to read the provisions of the Export and Import Policy and Handbook of Procedures, as amended from time to time.

   2.    Application should be legible (typed) and filled in capital letters

   3.    All columns should be filled. Columns, which are not relevant to the applicant, should be stated as ‘NOT APPLICABLE’ and should not be left blank.

   4.    All the pages of the application should be signed.

   5.    An incomplete application is liable to be rejected.

   6.     Unless otherwise specified in the Policy and the Handbook, the application should be submitted to the licensing authority concerned, in whose jurisdiction, the applicant is located.

   7.    Use the following codes, wherever applicable :

1. For unit of measurement :
