Customs Notification No 79/2007 (NT) dated 10.8.2007
Amendments in the Cus. Ntf. No. 14/2002 (NT), Dt. 07/03/2002 (Jurisdictional Changes)

G.S.R.(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No.14/2002-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7th March, 2002, namely :-

In the Table of the said notification,-

(a) for Sl. No. 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(1) (2) (3)
“13 Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Pune a) Commissioners of Central Excise, Pune-I, Pune-II, Pune-III and Goa,

b) Commissioners of Customs, Pune.”

(b) for Sl. No. 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(1) (2) (3)
“26 Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai – II a) Commissioners of Customs, (Import) Nhava Sheva,
b) Commissioners of Customs,(Export) Nhava Sheva.”

(c) for Sl. No. 33 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“33 Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai-III a) Commissioners of Customs, (Airport) Mumbai,
b) Commissioners of Customs, (Preventive) Mumbai,
c) Commissioners of Customs, Air Cargo (Import) Mumbai,
d) Commissioners of Customs, Air Cargo (Export) Mumbai.”
