 Customs Notification No-15/2007 (NT) dated 22.2.2007
Amendments in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975
 
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, namely:-

In the said First Schedule,-

1. in Chapter 30,-

(i) In heading 3003, in sub-heading 3003 90, for tariff item 30039036 and the entries relating thereto, the following tariff item and the entries shall be substituted, namely:-
 
“30039036 ---- Ketamine Kg. 12.5% 12.5%”;

(ii) In heading 3004, in sub-heading 300490, for tariff item 30049096 and the entries relating thereto, the following tariff item and the entries shall be substituted, namely:-
 
“30049096 ---- Ketamine Kg. 12.5% 12.5%”;

2. in Chapter 84,-

(i) in heading 8443, in sub-heading 8443 99, against tariff item 8443 99 50, 8443 99 51 and 8443 99 52 and the entries relating thereto, the following tariff items and the entries shall be substituted, namely: -

 
  “--- Parts and accessories of goods of sub- headings 8443 31, 8443 32      
84439951 ----Ink cartridges, with print head assembly u Free -
84439952 ---- Ink spray nozzle u Free -
84439959 ---- Other u Free -“; .


3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette
