 NOTIFICATION No.  10  /2007- Customs (N.T) dated 9.2.2007
Amendments in notification No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.), dated the 13th May, 2005

 

G.S.R.              (E).      In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.), dated the 13th May, 2005, namely:-

In the said Notification, in the Table,-

(a) for the serial number 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“

13

(1) Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Pune

(2) Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai-III

Central Excise,Pune-I,Pune-III and Customs and Central Excise, Goa.

13A

(1) Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Pune

(2) Chief Commissioner of Customs,  Mumbai-I

Central Excise,

Pune-II

 

                                                                                                                                          ”

(b) for the serial number 25 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“

(1) Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai-I

(2) Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai-II

Customs,
(Export) Mumbai and (Import) Mumbai

Note:-    The principal notification No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.) dated the 13th May, 2005 was published vide number G.S.R 307(E), dated the 13th May, 2005 and was and  was amended by following numbers:-

(i)                  Notification No.46/2005-Customs (N.T.) dated the 8th June 2005 vide Number G.S.R. 382(E), dated the 8th June, 2005.

(ii)                Notification No. 44/2006-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7th April, 2006 vide number G.S.R. 210(E), dated the 7th April, 2006.
