Amendments in the (VKGUY) and (FPS) of Chapter 3 of FTP 2009-14 - Appendix 37A
and Appendix 37D of HBP (Vol. I)
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy
2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby adds a “Note” in
Appendices 37A and 37D of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) (Appendices and
Aayat Niryat Forms) 2009-14.
The following Note is added in Appendix 37A of Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I)
(Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms) below Table 1 & Table 2 and in Appendix 37D
of Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) (Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms) below
Table 1 & Table 2 for export made with effect from 5th June, 2012:
“Note: Export of product listed in Table 1 & Table 2 above through any of the
Land Custom Stations (LCSs) situated in the States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam,
Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Sikkim shall be entitled for
additional Duty Credit Scrip @ 1% of FOB value.”
2. Effect of this Public Notice: Export of the specified products through all
Land Custom Stations of North Eastern Region and Sikkim are entitled for
additional 1% Duty Credit Scrip.
