Customs (N.T.) dated 6.1.2009
Reg. Shamshabad, Hyderabad declared as Customs port for Unloading of imported
goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods
S.O. (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section
(1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the
notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of
Revenue number S.O. 828 (E), dated 21st November, 1994 (No.61/94 - (N.T.) -
CUSTOMS, dated the 21st November, 1994), namely :-
In the said notification, in the Table, against serial No.2, in column (3), -
(i) for the existing item (a), the following item shall be substituted, namely
:-
“(a) Shamshabad, Hyderabad” ;
(ii) the existing item (d) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in
column (4) shall be omitted.
