Amendments in Appendix 37D - Index of Product Categories under K
 
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE 2008)

1. In Appendix 37D, under Table 11, after Sl. No. 9, the following is added in the Index of Product Categories under K:

Note: Benefits on New Additional Focus Products shall be granted for exports w.e.f. 1.4.2008

2. Consequently, the above mentioned products are entitled to FPS benefits on exports w.e.f 1.4.2008.
