Amendments in APPENDIX 37D - LIST OF NOTIFIED PRODUCTS UNDER FOCUS PRODUCT SCHEME (FPS)
 
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2008):

1. In Appendix 37D, the following is added in the Index of Product Categories, after J.
 
K NEW ADDITIONAL FOCUS PRODUCTS
(see Table 11 below)		 1.4.2008

2. In Appendix 37D, Table 11 is added after Table 10, as under:
