In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following correction to Public Notice No. 4 dated 17.4.2008 related to Schedule of DEPB rates. It will be effective from 17-4-2008.

1. Sl. No. 1 of PN – 4 dated 17.4.2008 stands corrected to read as under:-

Export of Skimmed Milk Product (SMP), Casein and any other Milk Product under Sl. No. 22C and 22D of the Miscellaneous Product (Product Code 90) and “Casein all types” appearing at Sl. No. 571 of the Product Group ‘Chemicals’ (Product Code 62) shall not be entitled for DEPB Benefit.

This issues in the public interest.
