NOTIFICATION No. 52 (RE-2008)/ 2004-2009 dated 30.10.2008
VKGUY - Para 3.8.2 of Foreign Trade Policy amended.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign
Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3
of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the
Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Foreign Trade Policy
: -
1. In Para 3.8.2 of FTP RE-2006, the words ‘Chapter 4 of this Policy for import
of Agriculture Inputs’ are replaced by ‘Chapter 4 of FTP for import of Inputs’
2. In Para 3.8.2 of FTP RE-2007 and FTP RE-2008, the words ‘Chapter 4 of FTP for
import of Agriculture Inputs’ are replaced by ‘Chapter 4 of FTP for import of
Inputs’
This shall apply on export made w.e.f 1.4.2006.
