(RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 17.4.2009
Central Government hereby authorizes the officers specified in column 2 of the
table below for the purposes of exercising powers
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992) and in supersession of Notification S.O.24(E) dated 20th January 1999 as amended vide Notification S.O. 194(E) dated 6th March 2000 and Notification S.O.1534(E) dated 14th September 2006, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers specified in column 2 of the table below for the purposes of exercising powers under Section 13 read with Section 11, subject to the limits specified against such officers in the corresponding entry in column 3 of the said Table, namely:-
