Amendments in Appendix 4C - List of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of
Origin-Non-Preferential
In exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the
Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes
the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I):
1. In Appendix 4-C, under the list of agencies authorized to issue Certificate
of Origin-Non-Preferential, under DELHI, Serial No.2 stands amended as under:
