DGFT PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 2 (RE: 2007)/2004-2009 dated 19.04.2007
Amendments/ additions/deletions/corrections in the SION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/ additions/deletions/corrections in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004-2009, as amended from time to time.

2. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms (SION) as contained in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.2), 2004-2009, as amended from time to time, amendments/corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in ANNEXURE "A” (Page 2) to this Public Notice are made.

3. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms (SION), the following additions/deletions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:-

CHEMICALS AND ALLIED PRODUCTS

The SION entries at Sl. Nos. A68, A69, A114, A116 deleted vide Public Notice No. 55 dated 19.09.2005 are restored with revised norms as per ANNEXURE “B” (Pages 3-5) to this Public Notice.
