Appendix 37C giving the list of countries that qualify for benefits under Focus Market Scheme in terms of Para 3.9 of the FTP

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies Appendix 37C, in the annexure attached with this public notice, giving the list of countries that qualify for benefits under Focus Market Scheme in terms of Para 3.9 of the Foreign Trade Policy.
