 DGFT NOTIFICATION NO. 45 (RE-06)/2004-2009 dated 09.02.2007
Adddition in Chapter 4 in Table B under Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) (0402)
 
S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import items, 2004-2009 as amended from time to time.

2. With immediate effect the following new entry may be inserted after entry at Sl.No.33 in Table B under Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) : -
 
Chapter 4
Dairy produce; bird's eggs; natural honey; edible products of animal origin, not elsewhere specified or included


Note 1 The expression “milk” means full cream milk of partially or completely skimmed milk

2. The above amendment shall remain in force till September 30, 2007.

3. The transitional arrangements under para 1.5 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (updated as on 7th April, 2006) shall not be applicable for export of the aforesaid items.
