Authorisation of officers to function as Appellate Authority
S.O.1535(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of
sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation)
Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers
specified in the column (3) of the Table below to function as Appellate
Authority against the orders passed by the Adjudicating Authorities authorized
by the Central Government under Section 13 of the said Act and specified in
column (2) of the said Table, and makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O.
1059 (E), dated the 31st December, 1993, namely:-
In the said notification in the table, serial number 4 and the entries relating
thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries shall be inserted,
namely:-
